As if Nike wasn’t getting enough attention on their latest 13th generation Vapor and 7th generation Superfly release, they’ve dropped a special limited edition version. Other than that iconic Laser Orange colorway, what makes these so different? Well, Nike is showing how they now have the ability to quickly alter the visuals and design elements around the heel and through the swoosh. This is a demo of how players might be able to personalize their own designs, share their message in an easily integrated manner across the boot.
And of course, there are only 2,019 pairs of both boots available worldwide. They were released earlier today, so if this is the colorway you are considering, you are going to have to act fast to secure a pair.
The Vapor 13 is available for $249.99 while the Superfly 7 drops in at $274.99.
Building on the 360 innovation of the Superfly 6, the Nike Mercurial Superfly 7 Elite takes on several key updates that take it to the next level. A 360-degree Flyknit construction wraps your foot for a second-skin fit, with a new high-tenacity yarn and a 1-piece lining creating a close, secure feel on the field. Added to that, a new ultra-thin NIKESKIN overlay gets you closer to the ball for high-speed maneuvers. Underfoot, Nike has created a new Aerotrak zone along with a slightly stiffer chassis to help supercharge traction.
Stay tuned for more performance details on both boots as we test them over the coming days!
