As a Liverpool fan, Wycombe Wanderers striker Adebayo Akinfenwa sent a clear message to Sergio Ramos today, by tearing apart a pair of his signature boots. “The Beast” wasn’t too happy with Ramos’ challenges of Mo Salah and Loris Karius in the Champions League Final, basically insinuating he injured both players on purpose.
The pair he uses his hands to rip apart are the limited edition Nike Tiempo boots, dubbed “Corazón y Sangre,” (heart and blood), that were released to pay homage to the Spanish footballer’s values and roots. With only 4,000 pairs released worldwide, it is not a very easy boot to get your hands on!
