In fine Nike fashion, there is now an Autumn colorway that would look extremely appropriate on any field as we move through the beginning of most seasons. It comes in the Nike CTR360 Maestri III range and is officially labelled as a White/Volt/Pine Green. We actually included some details about this boot in a post earlier this week that explained Nike’s decision to move their entire range to ACC Technology. But this is the first up-close and personal look.
This is the third colorway to be released in the CTR360 Maestri III series and many would tout it as the best design to date. I like the look, and it almost seems like a slightly Irish-esque style (or maybe Portland Timbers??) It is definitely a brighter look for the range and there is no doubting keeping them clean will be the challenge. While testing the Maestri III, they proved to be a very high performing boot, with the addition of 2-line cross stitching on the forefoot proving particularly effective.
For those that want to pick-up a pair, they are currently available to order for $199.99. Check out the entire CTR360 range currently available in this colorway from Soccer.com.
Kanga-Lite Upper with All Conditions Control
The upper definitely feels slightly more rigid than it did on the CTR360 II, primarily due to the inclusion of ACC, something that I am very eager to test out in different conditions! If anything, it might actually benefit the boot as seems to add slightly more cushion.
Stitching Across the Upper
I’m heavily impressed with the 2 lines of stitching that sit across the upper. The intent here is obvious; create areas where the boot can naturally flex with the movement of your feet. It is perfectly situated and adds something simple but purposeful.
New Stud Geometry
Nike has changed things up in this area, and thankfully they have not taken a Vapor VIII approach! The studs are slightly more rounded, with no sharp edges. Nike state it adds “optimal 360-degree movement”, testing is where we will find out if they perform that well!
What is your opinion – is this the best colorway in the range to date?
best color is definitely black/crimson, these i think are hideous
Nike CTR360 Maestri III is the most significant to me because it is equipped with All Conditions Control technology that help any player to grip the ball for excellent control in both wet and dry conditions. The redesigned 3D control pad uses fins of varying sizes to maximize ball contact for precise receiving and passing accuracy. It will really improve player ability to play on the fields but it really depends on the player.
The whole line of new Nike boots are equipped with ACC.
But I also think that This new color is the best.
I agree. It is fresh with light colors and, in my opinion, way nicer than the black/red and yellow/black! Will definitley buy a pair!!
How does this not just scream BRAZIL!!! to anyone else?
Because brazil are yellow and blue not green and white
best color cuz it lloks fresh and normal unlike the other coors looks very natural
