Along with releasing a Blackout version of the F50 adiZero last week, Adidas have unleashed what can be described as a Whiteout version, with the official colorway being a Lightning White/Infrared. And just as the colorway is completely the opposite, so is the upper used – Adidas use a leather upper on this release. I personally love the leather upper, but keeping these clean is going to be a chore! An infrared shade coats the studs and is included for detailing the upper.
The adiZero range is built to be one of the most advanced boots on the market. This leather version weighs in at an ultra-light 6oz – in other words, they are designed for pure speed. I have a soft spot for the leather version as they allow for great touch on the ball. So, in addition to getting a lightweight boot, I have found you are also getting a boot that allows for a soft touch on the ball. If you are looking for more information on how the Leather version performs, check out our full review.
If you are a winger or a fast forward, definitely consider the adiZero range. This Whiteout version is about as clean as you can get to start and looks super sharp, but you are going to face the challenge of trying to keep them looking new.
Great for people who don't want rainbow-ish football boots.
so simple yet effective, how come Nike never does this?
do they come in youth sizes?????
