adidas Release LEGO® Brick GAMEMODE Cleats!

adidas has released a pair of GAMEMODE boots that are inspired by the vibrant colors of classic LEGO® bricks.

We have all fallen in love with the game of soccer in different ways, and I’m pretty sure most of us have at some point enjoyed playing with LEGO. This is a collaboration that combines both passions, using a signature silo that has quickly become adidas’ playground, where they can express their creative nature in new ways. Across the HybridTouch synthetic upper, you will find a series of red, blue, green and yellow LEGO graphics that are all positioned in different directions. It’s wild, it’s quirky, it’s bound to be a showstopper on pitch!

We’ve talked about GAMEMODE several times in the past few month, the reincarnation of the F30 adiZero! For those not familiar with the adizero line-up, the F30 was the takedown or mid-tier model that retailed around the $120-$140 range during their life on the market. They were seen as a value for money option when a budget was in play.

When we compare GAMEMODE and F30 side-by-side, they have a lot in common. For example, you get a similar soft synthetic HybridTouch upper that really has a quality feel to it. There have been some minor tweaks to the ankle style and to have the soleplate, but performance wise they are very similar.
