adidas has dropped a new Predator remake with the help of Zidane; the Predator Mania SG.
It is very unusual to see any signature boot dropped with an SG soleplate, this version being a recreation of the one Zidane wore in the CL 20 years ago. It makes sense to see adidas add a unique twist with their release. In fact, there are not many SG silos on the market right now, giving these some added leverage with those that need the right footwear for playing on soft pitches.
The release comes on the heals of the Champions League final and is actually a celebration of Zidane’s legendary winning volley to claim the trophy 20 years ago. The colorway alone is incredibly iconic, one of the OG Predator black/white and red colorways. Each pair features a premium K-leather upper and that iconic strap tongue. They are also a limited collection release with only 2002 pairs released worldwide.
