Over the past year, we have seen Wolves winger Adama Traore wear several pairs of custom boots. His current pair of are the most dramatic, taking on a custom design created by swithadot and is part of their OneOfAKindS series.
Officially named the Adama Traore “ToroS” and placed on an unmasked pair of the latest Nike Mercurial Vapor 14, there is a story that goes along with the design. We all know Traore because of his incredible power and strength on pitch, something that has been highlighted by a large hand drawn “Beast” text on the instep, and a pair of raging bulls on the outside.
Rather than just a single wear pair, they were created to live out the EURO2020 (Traore was in the Spain squad) and into the current 20/21 Premier League season. It isn’t the first time we have seen his wearing them, but it was during the Brentford game this past weekend when the boots really got some fresh attention.
Traore has completed 49 dribbles in the Premier League’s opening 5 games. To put that into context, only 26 players managed more than that in the whole of last season!
