adidas seem to have found their preferred design on the Nemeziz silo, keeping the laced version somewhat stable over several generations.
The latest Nemeziz .1 edition brings together wild visuals with the best in agility type performance. Etched with a colorway that offers different visual effects from changing angles, the Cloud White/Screaming Orange/Core Black is about as razzle-dazzle as you will find on the market right now.
Performance wise, adidas utilizes an adaptive construction and Tensiontape for a very futuristic style adaptive fit. It is the perfect fusion of freedom and support. The Tensiontape wraps all around the foot, which in turn offers a barefoot-like touch on the ball. If you run your fingers along the upper, there is plenty of definition that enhances control, giving you a little extra tack to make it stick close to your foot.
Underfoot, things haven’t changed thanks to a Torsionframe that supports radical, multidirectional movements without sacrificing any stability. The split plate tooling offers support and traction while keeping some natural freedom in your foot.
This is a boot that we have in testing right now, what I can tell you is that the fit is snug but accommodating. What I mean is that you will find them to be somewhat constrictive when you out them on for the first time, but note that the upper material will stretch and mould to your foot shape over the first few wears.
