It seems to be a tradition that Puma are keen to keep alive; another version of the FUTURE released to market. Yes, the FUTURE seems to be the one silo that is continually tweaked and re-imagined in order to keep it fresh and dynamic.
This latest version is labeled the FUTURE Flash 5.1, the fifth generation of the hybrid control/agility boot. Featuring a 3D style upper design, this could easily be one of the best FUTURE colorways we have seen to date. Adding to the intrigue is the fact there is no ONE release to accompany these, leaving the notion that Puma want to really place a direct focus on this drop.
Set to be worn on pitch by Antoine Griezmann, Luis Suarez and Marco Reus, this FUTURE 5.1 update includes a newly engineered knit upper and integrated NETFIT technology for an adaptive fit designed to support the foot during sharp changes of direction. On top, a GripControl Pro layer is applied to the key ball contact areas, giving players an improved level of touch and control in the most important moments.
We have a lot more to learn about these over the coming weeks, and we hope to have them in testing real soon.
