It was only a few weeks ago that we were celebrating the introduction of a limited edition “Electricity” version of the Predator Accelerator. Well, adidas is about to completely up the anti with the introduction of an original remake. When you start to put 2 + 2 together, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see something is brewing behind the scenes. We are ready for them to arrive any day!

Both soccer.com and prodirectsoccer.com dropped hints today by posting images of the original colorway in its iconic black laden suit. Both see below. All throughout the day, fans have been sharing memories and reliving past glories in one of the greatest boot silos ever released. Maybe some of them are not even aware of what is to come!
Once they do drop, there will be a mad race on to get a pair of the limited edition boots. What makes these so different from the 2014 Accelerator Remake that adidas dropped is the fact this version has an upper designed to mimic the original. The soleplate is the only major upgrade on the boot, ensuring fans really do get a taste of the past.
