Because of the sheer number of new boots hitting the market in any given day, keeping up with the latest and greatest can often be pretty tough. That is especially true for new colorways and some of the smaller brands that just don’t have the budget to promote on a large scale. It isn’t easy keeping up with it all! There were several releases in particular that we only skimmed over before realizing they were worth highlighting.
Below is a list of 10 recent releases that are worth checking out if you are in need of something just a little different!
Nike Mercurial Vapor XII Elite in Total Orange
Retail Price: $249.99
This one stays on the list for as long as they last and are available! Last week, the special edition introductory Mercurial 360 colorway “sold out” in its opening morning. Today, there is a selection of pairs back available and ready for some new owners. Built for speed, the new Mercurial Vapor 12 Elite is born and bred to be fast. This colorway will give you something different that not a lot of other players will have on feet!
adidas Copa Gloro 17.2 in White/White/Real Coral
Retail Price: $109.99
This was one of the releases that piqued my interest to put this list together. I mean, come on, we are talking super classy with this pearl white style colorways. When you add in the layered forefoot stitching across the Taurus leather upper and the ever classic elastic wrap around tongue, these are uniquely different in the most spectacular way. Another huge plus is the $109.99 price point, giving fans a quality performing option at a very affordable price.
Nike Tiempo Legend VII “Academy Pack”
Retail Price: $229.99
“Academy Pack”, that is all you really need to know about this glorious release that reentered the market last week. Originally, this specific colorway had sold out. But given how well the Academy Pack sells, it is no surprise to see more of Nike’s heritage style boot released in such a classic design.
Nike Premier II in Black/Black/Total Orange
Retail Price: $109.99
Another quality style release from the swoosh, with the k-leather upper treated to a traditional black paint job. Total Orange is added in key areas to create some contrast and give the boot a signature look. This is a very simple yet effective boot that has become a firm favorite in its price range.
adidas Nemeziz 17+ 360Agility in Real Coral
Retail Price: $289.99
A standout look for the Nemeziz that really highlights the key feature of the boot; AGILITYBANDAGE and revolutionary TORSIONTAPES technology. In terms of tech specs, these are one of the most advanced boots currently on the market, offering players the best laceless levels of performance ever in a boot. Red on Red really is such a clean and effective style on this particular silo.
Nike Mercurial Superfly VI Elite in Black/Total Orange
Retail Price: $274.99
Nike has gone with a more traditional style design on the very first standard issue Superfly VI Elite release, allowing a Black upper to highlight the boots tech and definition. The Swoosh design team has spared no expense on this one, ensuring fans are fully aware that their latest release is the boot-of-choice for the fastest players in the game. Designed for “the perfect fit”, both the Superfly and Vapor 360 release wraps your foot in Flyknit to respond effortlessly to your movements.
PUMA FUTURE 18.1 NETFIT Low in Fizzy Yellow
Retail Price: $199.99
This one could easily have gone to the high-end FUTURE release, but the low cut version is much more intriguing to me. Being able to use Puma’s signature NETFIT lacing system on a more traditional style ankle cut boot offers a unique level of performance that players can enjoy. And then there is the colorway, which I rate as one of the best currently on the market. Officially labeled as Fizzy Yellow, the addition of Red and Black detailing along the side creates an upgraded look.
UA Magnetico Pro in Teal Punch
Retail Price: $219.99
Brand new to the market, the Magnetico offers up Under Armour’s latest tech specs. Full length Clutchfit technology in the upper offers lots of stability and lockdown, while the FORMTRUE upper is unbelievably soft and supple. Like as in this has the most pliable upper of all boots on the market. That has its positives and negatives in the fact you feel everything, both touch on the ball and the studs on your opponents boots!
New Balance Furon 3.0 Leather in Black
Retail Price: $209.99
I can’t say I’ve been the biggest fan of New Balance boots in recent times, but if there was any boot in their line-up I’d like to put through their paces it would be the k-leather Furon. The addition of a supply, super soft upper should play well with the form and function of the silo, with the TPU outsole with inlayed nylon chassis increasing stiffness underfoot for a little extra spring back.
Concave Volt+ in Black/Neon Yellow
Retail Price: $199.99
Concave’s re-entry into the US market hasn’t been followed up with the wave of advertising we had expected, so this is a colorway you might have missed. Featuring a crazy TechStitch upper and Concave’s famour PowerStrike component, this is a boot designed for speed and power in one. The important thing to note about these is that they fit a half size long, so definitely order down from your normal size or you’ll have too much space through the forefoot.
