As we know, Puma is not a brand to shy away from entertaining boot designs. Today, they released a new evoPOWER 1.2 Graphic that features exciting pop art graphics inspired by the movement of the 1950’s. The boot features two-dimensional graphics with clear colors and black borders to make it look like an old school comic strip. This new design also follows the trend of PUMA Football’s seasonal colors; orange clown fish, electric blue lemonade, and white with extra detailing in yellow.
Dots are printed across the heel and partially on through to the medial and lateral portions of the midfoot. A final custom twist comes via orange dots that are applied to the white laces.
Available from soccer.com.
True to the boot’s Power theme, the BAM!! and POW! prints express what the boot does to the game. The new evoPOWER 1.2 football boot with the Pop Art graphics will be worn by Cesc Fàbregas, Mario Balotelli, Olivier Giroud, Yaya Touré and many more players when the international friendly matches kick off later today.
These special edition boots are available in all tiers – check the line-up at Soccer.com.
What are your thoughts on the design? And more importantly would you actually wear them?
Some amazing football boots. I think you can only be an amazing player if you wear those though, haha. If you have time then please check out my sport blog https://sportscrazyblog.wordpress.com/ would mean a lot, as I check out soccercleats101 a lot!
