Jermaine Jones introduced fans today via Instagram to his latest pair of boots and confirmed the news we heard yesterday that he has signed-up with Under Armour. This is a major coup for the American brand as well as being an ideal platform for Jones integrates into MLS life. Not only is he a designated player for the New England Revs but he will now be the leading player in Under Armour advertising. It is a win-win for both parties.
His boot of choice is the very effective Clutchfit Force range. The colorway is a subtle Black/White combo that has a really slick appearance, and it is about as traditional as a boot in this design can get. They haven’t yet been officially released in the US, but with this signing it should be placed through the marketing machine pretty soon.
[Also: Under Armour ClutchFit Force Review]There is an air of mystique about the latest Under Armour release, the ClutchFit Force, due to its truly unique looking upper and futuristic chassis. Built on the same premise as several american football cleats released in recent times, this is not simply a boot that has appeared out of thin air. Instead, UA has built on their existing development and transferred their knowledge to the soccer world. Through testing, we found them to be very effective and surprisingly impressive performance wise. It is highlighted by the rubberized 3-D upper material that offers two-way stretch capabilities and works with the symmetrical lace system to provide an unprecedented contoured fit and feel across your foot.

Very Solid boot for a solid player. I think this is a good match for both brand and player.
I've noticed that the soleplate isn't the clutchfit's original soleplate…..it appears to be taken from a lower model…..
They actually resemble the Speed Force more than the ClutchFit, upper included (looks smooth on these).
