This will be the first time the technology will be on display in mass numbers among the Champions League matches, and Adidas is treating the entire range to some enlightening from the F50 and Nitrocharge right through to the Predator LZ and 11Pro.
Tonight’s matches will be a one off launch for the Enlightened range, and Adidas has put together a superb contrast to display the reflective technologies, the iconic three stripes and the laces will get the reflective treatment, while the uppers for the boots will be all black. However, for those who are curious about whether or not this will be the only colourway available for the range, Adidas’ PR team were quick to let us know that;
‘The Enlightened Pack’ takes the customization capabilities on the miadidas web site to new heights, with fans now able to opt for a ‘reflective exposure’ material on their boots and laces to bring the iconic three stripes to life on the pitch.
The addition of miadidas to the mix should take the Enlightened range to a whole new level as they’ll be able to be combined with any colour combination one could desire. So it’ll be interesting to see what combinations players come up with to light up the game. Personally, I am partial to Adidas’ black out and reflective Nitrocharge (as pictured below), I think they look absolutely lights out, if you’ll pardon the pun.
As well as being available online through miadidas, Adidas will also be making the range available through their network of authorized retailers, both brick and mortar, and online. Prices haven’t been released yet, but we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we get word from Adidas and their retailers.
So what say you? Will you be joining the Enlightenment? Let us know down below.
