The Nike Hypervenom has been one of the most talked about releases of the year as it’s replaced the Total 90 series, and almost instantly found a home among attacking players. The crew over at NIKEiD have been paying attention too, and they’ve chosen three players across the range who’s style of play relates to the eagle, the scorpion, and the panther. The 3 players have been issued pairs of Hypervenom tweaked by NIKEiD to include their club colours.

New Real Madrid man Isco has taken to the new silo like a fish takes to water. In three league matches since his big summer move to Real Madrid, the Spanish international has turned up with three goals and an assist. His world class vision will sees him as the eagle, and he’ll be sporting a rakish looking pair of Hypervenom’s in White/Black/Bright Citrus (seen above).
Dortmund’s Polish finisher Robert Lewandowski is the scorpion of the trio due to his absolutely lethal nature in front of goal. He’s scored 3 in 6 to kick off his season, and will be sporting a wild looking pair of Hypervenom’s in the BVB colours, or a Yellow Flash/Black.
This brings us to the panther, and one of the most surprising players chosen, in Manchester United and England striker Danny Welbeck. Kicking off your season with two goals in your new boots is an easy way to get noticed. The NIKEiD people noticed, and have put together a red and black combination befitting a Manchester United man with blazing pace.
The NIKEiD designs will be showcased at Hypervenom events across Europe, where young players will be competing in contests and will be able to use the NIKEiD software to design their own Hypervenom styles.
