What’s With This Colorway?
There is a definite mix of unusual colors on this release, with the primary Green Zest offsetting the Dark Blue undertones. The first thing you notice is how visible the SprintSkin is right around the forefoot. I can tell you that this is a look that will absolutely stand out on field. There has been plenty of discussions surrounding the positioning of the signature 3-stripe and how it looks. Personally, it seems a little more out of place on this release, with Green actually cutting through the Blue stripes.

About the F50 adiZero
This is the third colorway we have seen in the latest version of the F50 adiZero. The biggest difference between this release and previous adiZeros is a 3D textured pattern on the SprintSkin upper, designed to elevate performance in all weather conditions. This water wicking material and an elevated ridge pattern are intended to allow water to slide off the cleat rather than be absorbed — keeping the foot dry and the cleat light even in heavy rain.
Tested – the Synthetic Version
We have already had a chance to work closely with and test the Synthetic version and they worked out really well. Although the new SprintSkin didn’t seem to add any evident performance benefits, the overall make-up of the boot is impressive. There are minor adjustments compared to the last F50 adiZero, like the more defined heel design and the addition of texture on the upper, but the fundamentals of the boot are pretty much the same.
What the Readers Are Saying
We want to hear what you have to say about this colorway. How do these rank versus other Green releases currently on the market? Take for example the Jasmine Green evoSPEED SL or the Pine Green Nike CTR360.

they look absolutely fantastic.
Hey Bryan, I am currently wearing the Adidas F50 adiZero, the last generation where the stripes were in the right place, and I have run into problems with the feel of the boots on my feet after 30 minutes of playing. I encounter blistering around my big toes and areas around there. Are there any boots on the market that offer a wide toe box? Also, is there anything as a flexible cleat, like minimalist style were the sole plate is flexible?
Soleplate will always be set, so it is a flexible upper you need. Look at boots with a leather or hybrid-leather upper rather than synthetic (where you won't get any stretch). I'd advise looking at something like the Adidas Predator LZ for a wider box toe fit!
Just hoping they do this colourway in leather! Prefer the fit of leather over a synthetic anyday.
