Continuing with releases in the Nike Clash Collection, we have the Nike CTR360 Maestri in a White/Black/Blue Glow colorway, designed for players at Euro 2012 this summer. Built to be one of the elite pass and control boots on the market, this colorway adds a crisp, vibrant look to the CTR360 range that we really haven’t seen in a while. This is a sharp release from Nike and was very much needed in the CTR360 range. I like the Blue Glow shade and it is definitely going to be easy to spot on the field. There is nothing overly complicated about the design, something that is a much applauded move!
This release hits the market with a retail price of $189.99 or, there is also the option to go for the Trequartista in the same colorway for a pretty phenomenal $94.99.
It goes without saying that the CTR360 Maestri are one of the most consistent boots you will currently find on the market. They offer pretty much the complete package for any player who fits the playmaker mold, or any player that aspires to be a playmaker. On field, they offer great performance and work out exactly as you would expect – and better! While dribbling, you are able to keep the ball closer to your feet by using the dampening pods up around the front of the boot. The dampening pods are raised slightly off the boot and are basically padded regions that allow for a softer touch on the ball. The side pass and control pads and the control region serves a valid purpose.
The Nike Clash Collection delivers performance engineering for every style of player. The individual boots are sparked by specific color finished with a white toe upper to create a distinctive yet common theme across the collection. Personally, I feel like this release adds a little bit of extra life to the CTR360 Maestri after the most recent and pretty uninspiring Black/Total Orange colorway.
Stay tuned for details on the rest of the boots in the Clash Collection over the next week!
what do you suggest getting…the vapors, or the ctr maestris? Base your choice on comfort, performance, etc. not color. Thanks!!!
what is the diffrence beetween the Maesitri and the trequesta?
Maestri is better material and stuff so it cost more
