The “Bring Mizuno to the US” Petition!

One of the most common questions I get asked is “When will Mizuno soccer cleats be released in the US?”

Well, after some research (and having spoken to some important people), I can tell you that the Japanese giants are strongly contemplating entering the US market! That would ultimately mean you get the opportunity to purchase the likes of the Wave Ignite and the new Supersonic Wave without having to order from overseas.

To help in the process, we are putting together the very first petition in support that will be sent directly to the top of the Mizuno hierarchy! The goal is to get enough signatures to prove to Mizuno that soccer players in the US want to have the option to buy Mizuno boots here. All you need to do is sign your name to the petition and click on the link that comes to your email. Your signature is then accepted and added to the list to be sent to Mizuno!

Seriously, this petition could make all the difference, so if you are one of the fanatics who wants to see Mizuno come to the US, then make sure to pass this on to your friends and fellow soccer players who might be interested – it will only impact if we can get a large amount of signatures to really get the point across!

If you want to share the petition with others via Facebook or Email, use this link: http://www.soccercleats101.com/mizuno-to-usa/

Additional Info:

  • This is a SoccerCleats101 petition and is not directly affiliated with Mizuno.
  • The email you provide will not be used for anything other than allowing us to prevent spam – we respect your privacy.
  • Signatures that use profane or antagonizing names will be removed.
  • If you want to sign the petition but don’t want your name to be displayed on the petition page please check the box at the bottom of the signature – again we respect your right to privacy. Your name will still be passed on to Mizuno.

  1. Good thing that you're doing some petitions. Mizuno is famous here in the Philippines and it is the sponsor of the Philippine National Football Team. I just wish that someone would make a petition that Nike and Adidas would bring their High level/Pro level boots here in the country because Football is starting to get bigger here in the Philippines. Sadly, only for starter level with likes of the T90 shoot, Mercurial Veloci, and F10.etc. are only sold here. High level boots are very rare to see here and they're only bought overseas.

  2. You're a genius, Bryan. I am definitely signing this.

  3. Great idea.

Mizuno already has an established US distribution in baseball/softball and golf. Ichiro of Seattle Mariners is perhaps the best known endorser of Mizuno products in the Major League Baseball. I would like to see them add soccer to their lineup especially while riding high after their successful showcasing of Wave Ignitus during WC 2010.

  4. Well I just counted and there is a 114 signatures give or take 5. I signed as for the past year I have wanted a Pair of Mizuno boots, specifically the Morelia's. I hope that it gets passed. Keep signing people!!!!!!!!!!:):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

  7. I love my Mizuno baseball bat and glove and would love the wave ignitus 3. They are perfect for my style of play but they are only avabile for $230 when f50s are half the price. Im really dying to buy them but am not sure if I can afford them. Please get them to the USA
