The first boot to arrive for review in 2011 is the Adidas adiPure IV. The fourth release of the fabled adiPure series has a very unique look about it, completely different in person to previous versions. The leather feels super supple, and I am a huge fan of the design of the tongue. They arrived just in time for me to break them out in a training session tonight and I can report that they felt really comfortable – always a good sign!

Hey Bryan wich cleat should a striker get i was thiking of the t90 laser3,f50 adizero or ctr 360.
Just got a pair of these boots as my first cleats ever and I have to say I love ’em. I think I may have gone a half size to small (I usually wear 10.5 and I grabbed a 9.5), as my feet cramp a bit while I play. However when the laces loosen a bit into the game it stops, still have yet to do the break-in with hot water – I’m sure that will help with the cramps.
Might have to take a look at the adipure SL in a 10 for my next boot. Thanks for all your reviews and articles Bryan, really helped me with choosing my first pair. Maybe I’ll see you out on the pitch some time in LA!
Hows adicore iv compared to adipures ? Heard it also has k leather?
if i am a fullback(defence) what cleat would be best for me.
