It has taken a while and many requests – but finally I have the Adidas Copa Mundials in official review! The Copa has stood the test of time against all other releases throughout the years, and continues to be a top seller on the market. I thought it would be worth putting through some testing to add my thoughts on what they have to offer.
You might have noticed some Reebok boots in the back of the image above. I also picked up a pair of Instante Pro to test out. The main reason is to check out exactly what Thierry Henry is currently wearing. More to follow on these.
Over at AttackingSoccer there is an article that focuses on George Best and memorabilia belonging to the Former Manchester United that is currently up for auction – Best passed away in 2005. I grew up idolizing Best, and watched video after video trying to play like he did. Check out the Best highlight video that in included.

Looking for something absolutely unique to wear? Well look no further than these outlandish F50i Tiger Design that are listed over on eBay! Is there anyone that would actually buy these?
Since the release of Cleatology earlier this month we have had 28 player reviews – but we need more! If you are interested in putting your name in the running to be featured send us your details through the submit page.
And finally, if you haven’t yet see them, the Nike Vapor VI and Superfly Cherry have been released. If you are one of the first to buy a pair let us know!
Bryan, what boots do wear most often at the moment (not ones you are currently reviewing)
Good cleat but it's tiresome when u need to wear the same socks etc during your "moulding" period! sigh!
YAAAAAA!
copas – prob most forgotten boot in the present day, especially by the younger people. Still love these boots over my Adizeros… great buy for around $100 USD!
My coach says that Copa's have always been his preferred choice. He's tried just about any cleat on the market, but he's always said that Copa's provide comfort, touch, and simplicity. I'm interested to see what you think in your review.
Hey, I was wondering if you could do a mizuno wave ignitus review, because ever since Honda did well in the world cup i have been interested on hearing how the comfort/performance is. Just a suggestion though because i know how hard it is to get your hands on a pair since soccer.com doesn't carry them.
Thanks for all your great reviews and everything else.
Duncan,
I am currently wearing the Puma V1.10 SL as my "go to" boot.
Montana,
A review for the Mizuno's will be up in November – sorry for the long wait for it!
bryan, i suggest pro direct soccer for mizuno wave ignitus, i got them in only 1 and a half weeks
I have always wanted a boot that would just let me play how i wanted to play. Ive worn cleats from predator absolute, predator powerswerve, adipure, mercurial vapor 2,3,4,5. i have the new superflys. but i need a boot that i can slip on and not have to worry about anything except my game.
i can not wait to see the review on these because i want to get these
I just want to make a correction, the F50 tiger edition, is not a F50i version, its actually a F50.6 version and from my understanding it was an Adidas Y3 edition.
wow! looking forward to the Instante Pro review!
when will you post the rebook review
Arnold,
Finished reviewing – I just need to finish writing it…it is in the pipeline!
Thank you for your article, this genuinely served me a good deal.
