Adidas have just released a very unique new yellow-on-black line of cleats highlighting their approach to this summer’s World Cup. The colorway is officially Black/Sun and is part of the “Sea of Yellow” campaign, a campaign designed to unite South Africans behind the 2010 FIFA World Cup. This follows up on the very successful “Sea of Red” used for the 2002 World Cup in South Korea/Japan.
The designs are pretty simple, with Adidas replacing the white color for a brighter yellow on the adiPURE and Predator X range. Other than that, you are getting the same quality and comfort seen in both ranges. These are sure to be worn by many of Adidas top players this summer, especially from the African Nation’s teams.
